ETNA Fermo ovnen er nem og lige til at komme i gang med. God til nybegynder og sjov at lave pizza i. Den er stor så man skal lige sikre sig at have et bord den passer til (80x80cm). Den laver gode Napolitanske pizza'er og bruger ikke meget gas.

Førstehåndsindtrykket var at ovnen var ret så stor, da pakken ankom. Heldigvis havde jeg inden købet, allerede anskaffet mig et godt stabilt stort bord, som ovnen skulle stå på. Jeg synes absolut størrelsen er et plus, da man har et større ovn-rum at arbejde med, derved kan selv nybegyndere også stå for at vende pizzaerne i ovnen.
Pizza-ovnen blev sat op, og de første pizza'er skulle til at bages.
Witt holder virkeligt hvad de lover, angående opvarmningstiden, 15 minutter efter vi havde tændt ovnen, var sten temperaturen 400 grader. Vi ventede dog lidt yderligere, så vi ramte de 450 grader, før de første pizzaer blev bagt.
En af de store forskelle på denne ovn, og de tidligere pizza-ovne jeg har brugt, er hvor godt den holder temperaturen. Ved tidligere ovne har jeg skullet afsætte noget tid til genopvarming, imellem afbagningen af hver pizza. Dette behøver vi ikke mere, når den ene pizza er færdig, går jeg ind og begynder på at lave den næste, når den er klar til at komme i ovnen, så er den oppe i temperatur igen. Super dejligt!
U-brænderen i ovnen fungerer upåklageligt, og det er nemt at styre afbagningen.
Ovnen får derfor de største anbefalinger herfra!
Kvaliteten er helt suveræn, og gør altid brugen af ovnen til en fornøjelse.

That being said I am thrilled with med Fermo! It's a great oven - I am stille struggling to find the right place to put as I is rather big. But I like the size of it - it's just too big to move around all the time, so make sure to make a nice space for the oven.
I have been using the oven during the winter in down to -7 degrees without experiencing any problems. Heats up really fast and I can easily make 2-3 pizzas in a row before I need to give it a short rest to reheat again.
Easy to "assemble" by delivery. Easy to use once you get to know it.
Seeing all the nice experiences from the Rotante - I'd say... If you have a little extra... It looks worth it :)
I bought the Witt Fermo just after its release and it was shipped promptly - arrived nicely and securely packed. I was positively surprised when opening it up. as it was surprisingly large, which unquestionably is a positive for me. In comparison with other tabletop pizza ovens I have used before, I love that you can really get a large size pizza in - and have space left to work it properly. Well built and quality throughout.
The U-shaped burner is great and gives enough heat all around. Leaving the burner at full power when not having a pizza in the oven makes the stone and the oven blazingly hot - and by simply lowering the heat a bit when the pizza is in the oven has given the best result for me.
We have now used Witt Fermo for a solid six month with absolutely no issues at all. It always fires up immediately, even in the coldest and wettest winter months. I have even used it in outdoor temperatures of -10c without problems. I can warmly recommend the Witt Fermo for cooking amazingly fresh and delicious home made pizzas!
Er dog lidt udsat for vind. Og i forhold til Rotante, mister stenen varme efter 3-4 pizzaer.
